MiniMax Founder Yan Junjie Stops Receiving Salary, Allocates 5% of Shares for Team Incentives and Open Source Support

MiniMax founder and CEO Yan Junjie announced that he will no longer receive any salary from today until the company achieves AGI. In an internal letter to all employees, Yan stated that over the next four years, he will allocate 4% of his personal shares, equivalent to 4% of the company's total equity, to incentivize team members who have fought alongside the company for the long term. Additionally, he will set up a special fund with 1% of his shares to support the development of relevant open source communities.
